01. Filing a Request

02. Standard Rules
Requests for compensation must be logged within a distinct 60-day limit starting from the sales verification.
Buyers must ship back all remaining product items, whether completely unused or empty, to our distribution hub.
Please notice that delivery and processing expenses from the first shipment cannot be returned and are left out of the final credit value.
All cleared refunds will be processed back to the exact credit card or original account used at the checkout layout.
03. Processing Timeline
Following the arrival and check of your returned parcel at our facility, we will finalize your refund ledger. Depending on your financial branch's distinct rules, it typically demands between 5 to 10 working days for the credit to materialize in your private bank logs.
